USPS Media Mail can take up to 3-4 weeks right now due to global pandemic. If you prefer faster delivery, we recommend choosing First Class or Priority Mail. Please allow longer for international shipments.

Preorders:  *Please note release dates for Preorder items. Preorders will not be shipped until release date (including any other items in your order.)
Refunds & Returns
No returns or refunds. Not responsible for damage to package by mail carrier or manufacturer defects. We pack all orders safe & sturdy with new materials + tracking. Email us if an item arrives damaged & we'll do our best to see if we can help.

Viewing Orders
Please login to store account to view item availability, tracking & shipping information on your orders. Tracking will sometimes not show complete details, we recommend for more accurate tracking info.
