Canadian band Boys Night Out became one of that country's most beloved underground exports with their punchy brand of emo pop-punk. This program presents directors Simon Bruyn and Matt Unsworth's documentary about the band, DUDE, YOU NEED TO STOP DANCING, which includes interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, music videos, and a live performance recorded in March 2006 at Toronto's Opera House.
